Returns & Exchanges

At Sylvan Design, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your new furniture or decor doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to help simplify the exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your local carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
